Delighted to welcome Daniela to the Cheryl Hayes fold…


Daniela Pasquini is a co-founder of The Bush Theatre’s associate company Antler where she works collaboratively, devising and performing in new work and is an award-winning film maker – creating shorts in which she writes, directs and performs.

FILM NEWS: BLACKBIRD is her brand spanking new short, for 2017, made alongside award-winning cinematographer (and brother) Alex Pasquini. Daniela devised, directed and performed in the short which is scored by Sky Academy Arts Scholar Ollie Howell and script edited by award-winning writer and performer Jonnie Bayfield.
The short won the acclaim of A CHORTLE’s Best Comedy Show On Demand and cited as ‘..a masterclass in comedy short film-making’ by the LOCO Film Fest, London. (vimeo.com/danielapasquini/blackbird)

Emmeline  is a short Pasquini directed and co-wrote, winning critical acclaim on the festival circuit; awarded the BFI award for Best Short in the Future Film Festival, The Brantford Film Festival, the Chicago International Childrens Film Festival and New York International Children’s Film Festival among others. ANTLER FACTS: Where The White Stops; was awarded the Ideastap-Underbelly Award 2013 and Nominated for The Stage Awards, Best ensemble 2013 before being performed at The Bush Theatre, London as part of The Radar festival and Antler’s first UK Tour. Our latest show If I were Me, won the Suitcase Prize at the Pulse Festival, New Wolsey in it’s early development and later transferred to the Soho Theatre, London as part of the Soho Rising festival, 2016. Antler are now an associate company with The Bush Theatre, London.
